Therefore, this intervention can be used to promote life expectancy in people with cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion: Face-to-face training by a nurse can increase hope in cardiovascular patients. After analyzing the data, a statistically significant difference between the scores of hopeful patients before and after training was observed (p<0.001). Results: Mean and standard deviation of participants before and after training were 37.36 ± 10.22 and 45.94 ± 7.87, respectively.
